File Guidelines
We support a multitude of software applications on both Macs and PCs, but we prefer PDF files.
The best format in which to supply your digital file is a PDF (Portable Document Format). With correct settings, a PDF file maintains all fonts and graphics, and is ready for our PDF-based workflow. With incorrect settings, the fonts may not be embedded for printing and the images may appear soft and pixilated.
Download Fotoprint PDF settings (Right click and choose 'save as').
If you do not wish to download our settings, the 'High Quality' setting within most applications will be acceptable. Do not use 'Press Quality.'
